The Journal of Transactions in Systems Engineering is pleased to announce the appointment of Assoc. Prof. Evjola Spaho as the new Editor-in-Chief of the journal.

Assoc. Prof. Spaho brings extensive academic and research experience, together with a strong commitment to advancing high-quality research in systems engineering and related interdisciplinary fields. Under her leadership, the journal aims to further strengthen its editorial excellence, international visibility, scientific impact, and engagement with the global research community.

We warmly welcome Assoc. Prof. Evjola Spaho to this important position and look forward to her leadership and valuable contribution to the continued development and international advancement of the journal.

Short Bio:  Evjola Spaho is an Associate Professor at the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication, Faculty of Information Technology, Polytechnic University of Tirana, Albania. She received her B.Sc. in Computer Engineering in 2008 and M.Sc. in Telecommunication Engineering in 2010 from the Polytechnic University of Tirana. She received her Ph.D. from the Fukuoka Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2013. She has published more than 185 scientific papers, including contributions presented at international conferences. Her research interests include Internet of Things (IoT), data transmission networks and protocols, vehicular networks, and Delay-Tolerant Networks (DTNs). She has also served as a book editor for Springer, including series for Advances in Internet, Data & Web Technologies, Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communication Technologies, and the Sustainable Economy and Ecotechnology book series.
