She received her B.Sc. in Computer Engineering in 2008 and M.Sc. in Telecommunication Engineering in 2010 from the Polytechnic University of Tirana. She received her Ph.D. from the Fukuoka Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2013. She has published more than 185 scientific papers, including contributions presented at international conferences. Her research interests include Internet of Things (IoT), data transmission networks and protocols, vehicular networks, and Delay-Tolerant Networks (DTNs).
